I am going to share with you my overview and review of the ProSnore mouthpiece for snoring. This is for anyone looking for more information for this mouth guard for snoring.

This snoring mouthpiece is proven to help get rid of snoring or reduce it's symptoms. Not only does it help snoring, but it can be an effective sleep apnea treatment option.

The ProSnore was developed by Dentist Dr. Gregerson. He is a renowned Dr. who is on the board of the American Dental Association. He decided to design this mouthpiece when he saw the success other doctors where having with making them. The only problem for him was the $1000-$2000 price tag dentists charge for them. He decided to design a mouthpiece for snoring that works exactly the same, but it costs a fraction of the price.

What causes snoring? Snoring is caused when the tissues and muscles of the mouth relax too much during sleep. When they relax too much they fall into the airway and cause blockage. The force of air that it takes causes vibration of these tissues and that is where the sound comes from. This mouth guard has been proven to stop snoring.

The Pro Snore helps snoring and sleep apnea by adjusting the lower jaw forward. By adjusting the jaw forward it prevents the tissues from falling far enough back to block the airway. This simple mouthpiece helps prevent snoring and obstructive sleep apnea symptoms.

So what are some of the benefits of the Pro Snore? It's been proven to eliminate snoring or reduce it. The mouth guard is very inexpensive in comparison to CPAP and surgery. It is a alternative to the CPAP and surgery. It is custom fit and comfortable to the mouth. It help air flow and oxygen supply to the lungs, heart and brain. This snoring mouth guard also helps obstructive sleep apnea.

Now, what are some of the negatives to this snoring mouthpiece? It may take some time to get use to for people and it is not comfortable for everyone. It may not work for everyone on totally eliminating snoring and sleep apnea. The mouthpiece can also take up to a month to finally receive it.

To conclude my Pro Snore review, I am giving this four out of five stars. This snoring mouthpiece is not perfect. Even though there are plenty of great benefits, it still has some downfalls. This snoring treatment option may not work for everyone, but it does work for many.
