Listing Vitamin Deficiencies & The Advice Of Michael Gabriel

----------------------------------------------

Even though society, for the most part, is relatively healthy, there are those who require more in the way of vitamins than others. After all, they may not be able to get everything that they need by simply eating food, especially when tastes vary from person to person. What are some of the more common vitamin deficiencies, you may wonder, and what can be done in order to correct them? Here is a bit of advice that Michael Gabriel will be able to bring to your attention.

When it comes to vitamin C deficiency, one might assume that fruit can be taken in as opposed to any supplements that they could find at supermarkets. However, there are quite a few cases of vitamin C deficiency to speak of, as cases like bleeding gums can rise to the surface as a result. To me, it is one of the more common aspects that Michael Gabriel can tell you about. There are many types of fruit that might be preferred and medical establishments such as Gabriel Pediatrics can tell you all about them.

If you have trouble seeing when it's bright in any given location, it might be a symptom of vitamin A deficiency. Keep in mind that while this is a less common type of deficiency in comparison to others, there are those who might not be able to get the necessary amount. For the best food sources, vitamin A can be found in leafy, green vegetables. It also deserves to be noted that those who purchase breakfast cereals may very well have another strong source of vitamin A to speak of.

However, one of the more common deficiencies that I have seen, in this regard, has got to be vitamin D deficiency. Some of the most common symptoms of this condition are fatigue and pain in the joints; some of the more serious cases involve high blood pressure. In order to lower your risk of becoming ill with vitamin D deficiency, think about spending more time out in the Sun. After all, Michael Gabriel can tell you that there isn't a more natural source of vitamin D.

Hopefully you will be able to better understand what it takes in order to help account for lost vitamins. It's apparent that while there are some deficiencies which are more common than others, this does not take away from their degrees of importance in the slightest. They may come across as challenging to overcome but there are ways to supplement the lost vitamins. You can pick up actual vitamins which contain what you need or simply make up for them with food which have said vitamins in rich amounts.
