They will be able to work with someone who suffers with something like depression, for example. This is a good idea, because one is providing the client with practical methods that will help them during the sessions, and they can talk about how it has helped them.

Therapy like this can also be included as part of the syllabus at a school. It is certainly something that should be looked at for a school where there are children with learning problems, for example. Adopting this method at a young age will help them in the future, and they will also learn to get into a routine, which is really useful.
